Are your soaps vegan?

Forever and always. Moore Soap only creates plant based products.

How long will my bar last?

Depending on your usage, this 5 oz hunk of soap should last you 25-30 full body washes in the shower. Keep it high and dry in between uses, no one likes a soap puddle. I suggest that you use your soap within 1 year of purchase.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship within 5-7 business days of you order unless otherwise noted. After the package has shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email provided. Once the package has shipped we cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur. 

Domestic Shipping

USPS Flat Rate small (1-5 bars) $7.50

USPS Flat Rate Medium (5+ bars) $15.00

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of original purchase, otherwise the order will be shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any point without contention. 

Returns

Due to the nature of our product we are unable to accept returns of any kind for any reason. But please do not hesitate to reach out if you find anything to be lacking.
